No - We only distribute your release to various news outlets, we do not write it for you.

Where will my news release appear? Which sites?

Nothing is guaranteed, but most releases will eventually find their way to Google News, Yahoo Search, Forbes Search, Moreover, Technorati, etc.

What kind of traffic can I expect?

2 hits - 200,000 hits - it all depends on how newsworthy your release is. Just because your headline appears on a site like Google News doesn't mean someone is going to want to click on it and read it. If you've got some interesting news, people will read it. If you don't people won't. Pretty simple stuff.
